Our client is redefining sports entertainment across the Caribbean and Latin America.
They own and operate one of the fastest-growing sponsorship and sports entertainment groups in the industry, representing premium combat sports properties and building the commercial ecosystems that fuel their growth.
Unlike traditional sponsorship sales organizations, this company doesn't simply sell logos on banners.
They build complete commercial ecosystems.
That means partnering with tourism ministries, convention bureaus, airlines, hotels, hospitality groups, retailers, venues, and national brands to create experiences that generate lasting economic impact while delivering meaningful ROI for sponsors.
As the company expands across the Caribbean, they're looking for an exceptional leader to own partnership development throughout the region.
This is not a sales representative role.
This is an opportunity to become the commercial face of one of the most exciting emerging sports properties in the Caribbean.
We're searching for a highly connected Head of Partnerships who already lives and operates within the Caribbean business community.
- You understand that successful sponsorship sales are built on relationships—not cold outreach.
- You know the tourism ministries.

- You know the major regional brands.
- You know how business gets done differently from island to island.
Most importantly, you understand how to bring multiple stakeholders together to create opportunities that benefit everyone involved.
You'll lead the commercial strategy for a client across the Caribbean, securing naming rights, regional sponsorships, destination partnerships, hospitality agreements, and long-term commercial relationships.
You'll work directly with the founders as a strategic partner—not simply an employee executing tasks.

You have experience selling sponsorships, partnerships, media rights, hospitality packages, naming rights, or commercial sports assets.

You identify opportunities, create strategies, and execute independently.
You enjoy meeting executives, government officials, brand leaders, and decision makers.

You're comfortable crafting partnership concepts that create memorable experiences and measurable value.
You'll regularly represent the organization in meetings with senior executives, government officials, tourism leaders, and major brands.
Professionalism, confidence, and strong communication skills are essential.

Most sponsorship roles ask you to sell advertising.
