Requirements
~1 min read- 2+ years in influencer marketing, ambassador/affiliate program management, creator partnerships, or a closely related role
- Proven experience recruiting and managing relationships with content creators or influencers
- Strong written communication and a natural ability to build rapport quickly, especially over DM and email
- Highly organized, with experience managing many relationships and moving pieces at once
- Comfort tracking performance data and making decisions based on what the numbers show
- Fluent, professional English (written and verbal)
- Reliable remote work setup and consistent overlap with U.S. business hours
- Experience in a DTC, e-commerce, or consumer brand environment
- Familiarity with affiliate platforms, influencer CRMs, or ambassador management tools
- Working knowledge of Shopify and social analytics
- Personal familiarity with the creator economy in fitness, gaming, motorsports, or outdoor/adventure niches
- Basic understanding of FTC disclosure and influencer compliance requirements
You are:
- Relationship-driven — you genuinely like people and creators trust you fast
- A self-starter — you can build a program, not just run someone else's playbook
- Organized under volume — dozens of active relationships don't overwhelm you, they energize you
- Persistent — you follow up, re-engage, and don't let ambassadors quietly go dark
- Commercially minded — you understand this program exists to drive revenue, not just activity
- Culturally fluent — you get creator culture and can speak the brand's language authentically
You will thrive here if you like ownership, fast-moving environments, and building something from a strong foundation. You will struggle if you need a rigid process handed to you or prefer to stay behind a spreadsheet.
What We Offer
~1 min readYou'll take ownership of a proven, high-visibility growth channel at a brand that is scaling quickly and takes its community seriously. This is a rare chance to build and lead a creator program end to end — not inherit a finished machine, but shape the engine that drives the brand's next stage of growth.
