You’ll be instrumental in managing contract lifecycle processes, streamlining legal workflows, and supporting cross-functional teams to ensure seamless contract operations.

  Configure, administer, and maintain the Ironclad CLM platform, including workflows, templates, and user support.

  Partner with legal, procurement, sales, and operations teams to automate and optimize contract processes.

  Troubleshoot technical issues and oversee user roles, access permissions, and training as needed.

  Maintain contract repositories, track metadata, and develop reporting dashboards to improve visibility and compliance.

  Support system integrations and data flow between Ironclad and tools like Salesforce, DocuSign, and Google Workspace.

• 5–7 years of experience managing Ironclad CLM with strong platform expertise.

• Demonstrated background in legal operations, contract management, or legal technology roles.

• In-depth knowledge of CLM processes, contract structures, and workflow automation.

• Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously in a remote environment.

• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

• 3–5 years of experience using or administering Salesforce.

• Familiarity with digital tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and DocuSign.

• Previous experience in a fast-paced or startup work culture.

• Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken); Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
