Salary Range: 1000 - 1800 USD  (Final offer will depend on the client’s approval and assessment of the candidate’s overall qualifications)

We are seeking a Logistics Operations Specialist to manage our shipping and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with our supply chain manager to ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective delivery of our products. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can oversee logistics processes and contribute to the seamless flow of our operations. 

 

• →Coordinate and manage the day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate shipment of products.
• →Collaborate with the supply chain manager to optimize shipping processes and reduce costs.
• →Track and monitor shipments, resolving any delays or issues that may arise.
• →Manage relationships with shipping carriers and negotiate contracts as needed.
• →Ensure compliance with shipping regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
• →Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory levels.
• →Analyze logistics data to identify areas for process improvements and cost savings.
• →Work cross-functionally with other departments, including customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction with delivery timelines and product quality.
• →Processing reimbursement in Amazon.

 

• 2+ years of experience as a Logistics Operations Specialist or relevant experience
• Previous experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain management.
• E-commerce experience and reimbursements in Amazon are a must! 
• Google Workspace proficiency is a must (Especially, Spreadsheets)
• Proficient in using Spreadsheet (formulas, functions, etc.,)
• Data Analysis experience
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and logistics tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
• Proficiency in logistics software or the ability to quickly learn new tools.
• Knowledge of international shipping regulations (a plus).
