About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to join our client's growing team. As the Operations Manager, you'll act as the glue across departments—ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently, people are aligned, and execution is top-notch. You’ll oversee the day-to-day operations, implement new systems and processes, and ensure the business runs perfectly. A key part of this role involves identifying opportunities to scale processes and operations, ensuring that the company is equipped for rapid and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead cross-functional projects and manage operational workflows
• Act as the point person between departments (marketing, finance, support, etc.)
• Implement and scale systems, tools, and processes to drive efficiency and growth
• Ensure timely and effective execution of business initiatives
• Identify bottlenecks and propose proactive solutions
• Drive operational alignment with company objectives in collaboration with leadership
• Support and manage team members to meet performance and efficiency goals
• Build processes with scalability and long-term growth in mind

• 3+ years of strong project and operations management experience
• Demonstrated leadership in high-growth or cross-functional environments
• Proven track record in scaling operations and optimizing business processes
• A reliable executor with a "get-things-done" mentality
• Skilled at managing people and priorities across various departments
• High accountability and a strong sense of ownership
• Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills
