Role Overview
They are seeking a Product Manager to own the strategy, development, and execution of our product portfolio across three key verticals: Healthcare, Education (K-12), and Commercial. This is an individual contributor role responsible for the full product lifecycle, from identifying customer needs to launching and optimizing products in the market. The ideal candidate combines strong market insight, cross-functional leadership, and executional rigor to deliver products that win in competitive markets.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
● Own and manage the product roadmap across Healthcare, Education, and Commercial segments
● Define short- and long-term product strategy (1–3 years) aligned to company growth goals
● Identify new product opportunities based on customer needs, market trends, and competitive analysis
Customer & Market Insights
● Gather and translate insights from:
○ Healthcare: clinical, IT, and telehealth stakeholders
○ Education: district IT leaders, administrators, and educators
○ Commercial: enterprise IT, operations, and procurement teams
● Identify unmet needs and emerging trends to inform product development
Product Development & Execution
● Translate insights into product requirements, specifications, and priorities
● Partner with Executives, Design, and Supply Chain to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget
● Ensure products meet the functional needs of each vertical (e.g., durability, sanitation, mobility, scalability)
Cross-Functional Collaboration
● Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align on product goals and execution
● Support development of go-to-market strategies, messaging, and positioning
● Act as the central point of coordination across the product lifecycle
Portfolio & Business Management
● Contribute to business cases, pricing strategy, and margin targets
● Support portfolio optimization across verticals to drive revenue and profitability
● Monitor product performance and recommend improvements
Product Launch & Lifecycle Management
● Lead product launches, ensuring readiness across all teams
● Manage full lifecycle from concept through iteration and end-of-life
● Maintain and evolve the product roadmap, including features, materials, and design improvements
Sales Enablement & Communication
● Develop product training materials and sales enablement tools
● Clearly communicate product value propositions to internal teams and customers
● Serve as the voice of the customer within the company
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Industrial Design, or related field
● 4–8+ years of experience in product management with an Asian supply chain.
● Experience bringing physical products (hardware, accessories, or similar) to market
● Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and competitive analysis
● Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive execution
● Excellent communication and storytelling skills
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience in one or more of the following:
○ iPhone/iPad Markets
○ Chromebook Markets
○ Custom Stitch bags, sleeves, and backpacks
● Familiarity with OEM ecosystems (Apple, Dell, Samsung, etc.)
● Experience working with channel sales or B2B go-to-market models
