Qualifications & Skills
Hard Skills:

• Industry Experience: At least 4 years of professional experience in project management specifically within a creative agency or design studio setting.
• Platform Proficiency: Expert-level use of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Monday.com, Slack, Gmail, and Zoom.
• Design Tool Literacy: Familiarity with Figma to collaborate effectively with the creative team.
• A.I. Aptitude: Strong interest and experience in utilizing AI tools like Claude to optimize management processes. This is a must
• Delivery Ownership: Someone who can own accounts end-to-end, manage resourcing and profitability, and demonstrate relentless follow-through.
