We are expanding our centralized Project Management Office (PMO) and looking for an execution-focused, highly structured Project Manager to join our fast-growing e-commerce organization.

We are fully open to providing hands-on training to the right candidate, provided you possess the raw organizational talent, accountability mindset, and a deep baseline proficiency in Monday.com.
Your primary mission will be to take independent ownership of cross-functional projects—including our massive, upcoming structural data and operational shift to Shopify—creating foolproof project plans and ruthlessly driving team accountability from kickoff to delivery.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Workflow Architecture: Take full ownership of our internal task management architecture inside Monday.com (this is a mandatory requirement). You will build out boards, optimize automated status transitions, and maintain absolute pipeline hygiene.
- Daily Triage & Tracking: Monitor ongoing daily tasks across creative, web development, and inventory teams, ensuring deadlines are hit and bottlenecks are defused before they delay the product roadmap.
- E-Commerce Migration Guard: Act as a core operational resource as our organization migrates its storefronts and backend architecture over to Shopify.
- Product & Store Engagement: Navigate the Shopify backend to track product assets, audit inventory launch timelines, and ensure that cross-functional engineering and creative deliverables sync up perfectly on the live storefront.
- Project Plan Ownership: Take raw concepts from leadership and break them down into comprehensive, chronological project plans with clear milestones and assigned owners.
- The Guard of Deadlines: Conduct regular stand-ups or asynchronous check-ins across the team. You are the ultimate driver of accountability—following up politely but relentlessly to ensure no ball is dropped.
Requirements
~1 min read- Monday.com Mastery (Required): Deep, practical experience using Monday.com as a primary task management and team tracking tool. You must know how to build clear task dependencies and status flows.
- High Autonomy & Ownership: The ability to take a loosely defined, independent project, scope it out completely, and execute it end-to-end with minimal hand-holding.
- E-Commerce Exposure (Preferred): General familiarity with online retail workflows. Exposure to the Shopify ecosystem (product listings, tags, backend navigation) is a massive advantage.
- Flawless Professional English: Exceptional written and spoken English skills. You must be comfortable leading meetings and communicating clearly with global stakeholders.
- Adaptable & Coachable: A strong desire to be trained, continuously improve your project management frameworks, and adjust your style to match our organization's scaling pace.
