Report Delivery: Draft clear, concise, and structured QoE reports and executive summaries detailing findings, financial risks, and value drivers.

Executive Presentations: Present findings directly to private equity investors, corporate deal teams, and target leadership.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with external legal teams, tax advisors, and investment bankers throughout the deal lifecycle.

Education & Certification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Active CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license strongly preferred (or active progression toward CPA).

Professional Experience: 3–6 years of experience in public accounting (Audit/Assurance) or specialized M&A Transaction Advisory Services (TAS/FDD). Direct experience performing Quality of Earnings reports or M&A due diligence is highly preferred.

Technical Accounting Mastery: In-depth knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS, specifically complex areas such as ASC 606 (Revenue Recognition) and lease accounting.

Advanced Financial Modeling: Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities (data normalization, pivot tables, complex formulas, and financial modeling). Proficiency with data tools such as Alteryx or Power BI is a major plus.

Operating Style & Acumen: Strong business acumen with the ability to look beyond the numbers and understand deal context. Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills for presenting complex findings clearly under tight deal deadlines.

Report Delivery Velocity: Delivering thorough, accurate QoE reports within fast-paced transaction timelines.

Financial Risk Identification: Successfully surfacing hidden liabilities, non-recurring items, and working capital peg variances prior to deal execution.

Stakeholder Satisfaction: Maintaining high reporting clarity and trust across private equity clients, deal leads, and corporate stakeholders.
