Responsibilities

Lead the design process from conceptual development through construction documentation and administration.

Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project success.

Manage multiple residential projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, budget constraints, and quality expectations.

Utilize Revit to develop detailed drawings, renderings, and construction documents.

Oversee and mentor junior architects, providing technical guidance and design direction.

Co-ordinate with contractors to resolve issues.

Ensure compliance with local zoning codes, building regulations, and industry best practices.

Maintain and foster strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring satisfaction throughout the design process.

Assist in business development efforts, including client presentations and proposal preparation.

Research and implement innovative architectural solutions and sustainable design practices.

Work collaboratively with other team members to refine internal processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
Licensed Architect (preferred) or working towards licensure.
5+ of experience in residential architecture, with a proven track record of managing projects from design through construction.
Proficiency in Revit is required; experience with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office is highly preferred.
Strong hand-drawing and sketching abilities to convey design concepts.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
A keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to design excellence.
Ability to work independently while also fostering a collaborative team environment.
Passion for staying current with design trends, materials, and construction techniques.
