A private investment fund that owns and manages a portfolio of exceptional luxury homes worldwide. The firm focuses on delivering high-quality experiences for residents and investors while maintaining long-term asset value through careful maintenance, renovation, and operational oversight.
The Residential Maintenance Manager (RMM) will oversee the maintenance, repair, and renovation needs of 20+ luxury residential properties. This includes project managing new acquisitions and construction, coordinating vendors, and implementing systematic processes to ensure properties meet operational and investor standards. The RMM will build a knowledge base of properties to streamline ongoing maintenance and care, ensuring the best experience for residents and investors.

- →Project management of maintenance, renovations, and on-site operations
- →Vendor management and budgeting for services and projects
- →Solve repair and maintenance issues across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, home automation, pool/spa, and security systems
- →Thrive in global, high-ambiguity environments with shifting priorities
- →Prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines and maintain high attention to detail
- →Communicate effectively with asset managers, local hosts, and vendors
- →Lead and coordinate teams to resolve problems efficiently
- →Travel as required for property inspections or project oversight
- →Implement robust routine residence inspections and preventative maintenance strategies
- →Train and guide local hosts, property managers, and housekeeping teams on home systems and operations
Case Management
- →Triage and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner
- →Source parts and manage inventory systematically
- →Manage work orders, track progress on platforms like Salesforce
- →Develop home maintenance and repair plans for complex cases
- →Coordinate with trip planning for reservation awareness
- →Maintain dynamic communication with stakeholders
Vendor Management
- →Obtain and evaluate bids for maintenance, repairs, and renovation projects
- →Negotiate contracts to secure competitive terms
- →Evaluate vendor performance and research market alternatives
- →Analyze service costs periodically
Major Renovations / New Builds
- →Develop and manage project plans and budgets
- →Coordinate vendors and ensure project timelines and budgets are met
- →Organize regular vendor touchpoints for project execution
Home Acquisitions
- →Kickoff project plans for new property acquisitions
- →Arrange inspections and review reports to identify risks or required work
- →Catalog and manage legal documents, HOA documents, and closing documents
- →Coordinate installation and setup of new properties
New Home Systems Setup (Healthy Home Standards)
- →Document maintenance history and residence profiles
- →Maintain recurring maintenance and care requirements in Salesforce
- →Vet and engage vendors for core care needs
- →Develop annual home operation, maintenance, and improvement budgets with asset management
- Minimum 5 years residential maintenance management experience
- Project management, vendor management, and budget oversight
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Salesforce, CRMs, and project management tools like Asana
- Strong process optimization and analytical skills
- Ability to analyze and optimize maintenance processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to thrive in ambiguous environments
- Experienced in residential maintenance management
- Comfortable working remotely across multiple time zones
- Fluent in English (Spanish or French a plus for LATAM)
- Holds valid passport and travel documentation as needed
- Driver’s license and comfort renting vehicles internationally
- Strong credit rating
- Ensures properties are maintained to the highest standards
