Senior Full-Stack Developer - 17012

Take full ownership of the codebase across mobile, backend, and web admin panel

Audit and document the existing MVP (built in Ruby on Rails, Flutter, and React)

Lead future development of new features, API integrations, and internal tooling

Manage offshore developers, freelancers, and vendors

Work closely with the founder to align engineering roadmap with product goals

Architect for scale, performance, and reliability

Establish coding best practices, devops workflows, and infrastructure documentation

Lead hiring efforts as the team grows (engineers, QA, etc.)

Mobile: Flutter (Dart)

Backend: Ruby on Rails (JSON APIs)

Frontend / Admin Panel: React + TypeScript (TSX)

Infra: GitLab, Terraform (HCL), CI/CD pipelines

Cloud: AWS

5+ years of full-stack experience building and maintaining production web/mobile applications

Expertise in Ruby on Rails — comfortable working with APIs, business logic, and database integrations

Experience with Flutter (Dart) — ideally having shipped at least one cross-platform mobile app

Proficiency in React + TypeScript

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform a plus)

Experience managing offshore or remote dev teams

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate directly with non-technical stakeholders

Startup-ready: resourceful, independent, and motivated by fast-paced environments

DevOps experience: AWS, Heroku, Firebase, etc.

Interest in youth sports, coaching, or training platforms

Prior experience scaling MVPs or launching v1.0 products

Experience integrating video content, subscriptions, or LMS-like features
