Our client is a fast-growing, remote-first B2B SaaS company that develops workflow automation software for professional services firms. Their platform helps businesses streamline recurring work, improve operational efficiency, and automate critical business processes.

As the company continues to invest in the next generation of its platform, they are seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to help architect, build, and scale new product features while contributing to the long-term technical direction of the product.

The Senior Full-Stack Developer will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining both frontend and backend applications. Working closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders, this individual will help shape product architecture, build new features, improve existing functionality, and ensure long-term scalability.

This is a highly collaborative role suited for an experienced engineer who enjoys solving complex technical problems, communicating thoughtfully, and contributing to both technical strategy and product direction.

• Design, architect, develop, and maintain scalable web applications across the full technology stack
• Build new product features from concept through production deployment
• Develop both frontend and backend functionality while ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability
• Contribute to long-term architectural decisions and technical planning

• Maintain and improve existing applications through:
  • Refactoring
  • Bug fixes
  • Performance optimization
  • Framework and dependency upgrades
• Continuously improve application stability and user experience
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions

• Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to define project requirements
• Help shape product strategy and technical solutions
• Participate in feature planning and prioritization discussions
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical implementations

• Conduct code reviews to maintain quality, consistency, and best practices
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Document technical decisions and communicate solutions clearly
• Promote engineering standards across the development team

• Work closely with engineering, product, and other stakeholders to deliver impactful features
• Communicate technical decisions clearly through written and verbal communication
• Collaborate asynchronously in a remote-first environment
• Help solve customer problems through thoughtful technical execution

• 10+ years of professional full-stack software development experience
• Expert-level experience with Ruby on Rails
• Strong understanding of full-stack application architecture and software engineering best practices
• Proven experience designing scalable web applications
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong ability to evaluate technical tradeoffs and make long-term architectural decisions
• Experience working collaboratively within agile product development teams
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
