Salary Range: $2,000-$2,500/month for mid-level candidates, up to $3,500/month for senior candidates

We’re looking for a Senior Operations Manager to join our international recruitment firm, specializing in connecting skilled professionals from global markets to EU-based opportunities—primarily in Germany and across Europe.
About the Company: The client is an international recruitment firm specializing in cross-border placements. They focus on matching skilled professionals from global markets to EU-based opportunities, primarily in Germany and across Europe.
About the Role: As Senior Operations Manager, you will be directly responsible for the daily execution, optimization, and scaling of our international recruiting workflows. You will ensure process excellence, rapid delivery speed, and seamless communication between our LATAM sourcing teams and our European client base. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who can own operations and proactively implement solutions to drive efficiency and scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Act as the operational backbone for international recruiting, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and consistent process delivery across markets.
- Workflow Management: Manage and optimize the end-to-end recruitment operations across multiple geographies, implementing robust workflow structures and operational best practices.
- Coordination & Communication: Oversee project timelines, task tracking, and ensure internal coordination among recruiters, partners, and clients. Improve communication flow between LATAM sourcing teams and European client teams.
- Data & Reporting: Ensure all recruiting data, performance reports, and tracking systems are accurate, up-to-date, and used to inform operational decisions.
- Process Improvement: Proactively identify and resolve process bottlenecks, implementing scalable solutions to improve efficiency and delivery speed.
- Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with leadership to rapidly stabilize and scale international recruiting operations from LATAM.
- Client Interface: Represent operational leadership in client and candidate communication when required.
Role Requirements:
- Language: Complete Professional Fluency in both English (strong written and verbal proficiency)
- Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of robust experience in operations management or a comparable high-level strategic role is required.
- Ideal Background: Ideally possesses a background from a major consulting or advisory firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Accenture, PwC, KPMG, EY) with a focus on operations, process optimization, or change management.
- Mindset: Strong operational mindset—highly structured, data-driven, and focused on execution and measurable results.
- Autonomy: Proven ability to work independently, self-manage tasks, and take full ownership of operational outcomes.
- Recruitment Acumen: Hands-on experience or comfort with recruitment operations, coordination, and workflow management is highly preferred.
- Attitude: Proactive problem solver with a mature, driven, and results-oriented attitude.
- Culture: Great team player and communicator; comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, international business environment.
