About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior PPC Manager to bring our performance marketing in-house and lead PPC strategy across all our brands (and selected client brands). This is a senior, hands-on role suited for someone with strong agency experience who is confident in managing multiple accounts, scaling ad performance, and delivering high-ROI campaigns in fast-moving environments.
You will own PPC strategy, execution, reporting, and optimization across Amazon, Google, and Meta.
Key Responsibilities

- →Build, manage, and optimize full-funnel Amazon campaigns including keyword strategy, audience targeting, and creative testing.
- →Implement Scale Insights & Nomadz PPC methodology after completing formal training.
- →Maintain best-in-class Amazon campaign structures that support scalability and efficiency.
- →Manage large Amazon budgets while driving strong ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, and profit outcomes.
- Oversee a portfolio of internal (and selected client) brands with agency-level standards.
- Manage multiple Amazon accounts concurrently without compromising quality or performance.
- Develop consistent Amazon reporting frameworks and dashboards across brands.
- Prioritize high-impact initiatives and ensure timely execution across all accounts.
- Continuously analyze Amazon performance data to identify opportunities, trends, and risks.
- Develop insights for optimization across bids, budgets, keywords, placements, and creatives.
- Run structured A/B tests to validate optimization decisions.
- Prepare Amazon-focused performance reports with clear narratives and recommendations for leadership.
- Work closely with Creative, Product, Data, and Brand teams
- Align PPC strategy with product launches, creative assets, and brand goals
- Process & System Development
- Build SOPs for PPC operations and reporting
- Introduce scalable systems to reduce manual work and improve efficiency
- Stay updated on Amazon Advertising trends and new features
- Monitor competitor activity and marketplace shifts
Nice to Have
~1 min read- Support cross-channel campaigns if needed (Search, Shopping, Paid Social, TikTok)
- Experience across these platforms is preferred but not essential
Requirements

- Proven track record of strong ROAS and scaling budgets
- Analytical, data-driven decision-maker
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and/or TikTok Ads
- Experience mentoring or training team members
