About the Role
~1 min readWe are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to support content planning, execution, and community engagement across multiple client accounts.
This role is responsible for developing cohesive content calendars, writing compelling copy, managing posting cadence, and ensuring consistent brand voice across platforms. You will play a key role in executing high-impact social media strategies while maintaining organization and efficiency across workflows.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in high-volume content environments and enjoys balancing creativity with structure and execution.
Responsibilities

- Align content with brand standards, marketing strategies, and platform-specific cadences
- Ensure consistent posting schedules across all client accounts
- Curate and create engaging social media content
- Write compelling, on-brand copy tailored to each platform
- Edit and manage templated graphics when needed (design not required)
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and messaging
- Schedule and publish content across platforms
- Maintain consistency and accuracy across all social accounts
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Conduct regular audits of social media performance
- Analyze metrics and provide data-driven recommendations
- Continuously refine content strategies based on insights
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions
- Maintain positive brand sentiment across platforms
- Engage with audiences to build strong online communities
- Monitor for potential social media issues or risks
- Execute approved communication protocols when needed
- Support brand reputation through timely and professional responses
- Use tools like ClickUp to manage editorial workflows and tasks
- Collaborate with creative and account teams to execute campaigns
- Maintain clear communication across all stakeholders
- 3–5 years of experience in social media management or content coordination
- Experience in an agency environment or managing social media for a brand
- Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices
- Proven copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills
- Experience with content curation and community management
- Ability to manage high-volume content workflows across multiple accounts
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time hours (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST)
