About the Role

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to own and grow our social presence as part of our broader marketing efforts. This person will help shape the story behind our services, support campaign creation, and work closely with the digital marketing function to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.

This is a new and important role for the business as we expand our marketing efforts and create more defined campaigns around our services.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day social media strategy and execution
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content
• Support campaign storytelling and brand messaging
• Collaborate with the digital marketer on ads, creative, and promotions
• Help develop content themes around our services and offerings
• Monitor engagement and performance across social platforms
• Contribute ideas for growth, visibility, and audience engagement
• Support basic graphic/content creation using available tools

Requirements

• Experience managing social media for a business or brand
• Strong content creation and communication skills
• Ability to think strategically and execute consistently
• Comfortable working closely with digital marketing and creative assets
• Experience creating content in tools like Canva
• Bonus: fluent in both English and Spanish
