• Experience Level: 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a proven track record operating as a Solutions Architect, Lead Technical Engineer, or Senior Integration Engineer.

• Architecture & Discovery Mastery: Direct experience leading technical discovery, mapping complex integration ecosystems, and architecting end-to-end software solutions.

• Hands-On Prototyping Skills: Strong coding ability with deep experience building functional integration prototypes, working directly with REST/GraphQL APIs, OAuth/security protocols, and data pipeline connections.

• System Constraint Literacy: Proven ability to rapidly master internal platform constraints, database limits, and microservice boundaries to design realistic, production-ready solutions.

• Engineering Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, or managing small engineering teams (2–3 direct reports) through successful technical deliveries.

• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to explain complex architectural decisions clearly to both technical teams and executive stakeholders.

Interface Standards: Standardize API contracts, security schemas, and data flow pipelines across all integration touchpoints.

Technical Risk Mitigation: Identify technical bottlenecks, security risks, and architectural trade-offs early in the project lifecycle, establishing robust mitigation strategies.

Prototype to Production Velocity: Delivering functional integration prototypes efficiently to validate architecture prior to full-scale buildout.

Architecture Integrity: Designing robust systems that respect internal system constraints with minimal rework or architectural friction during implementation.
