Experience Level: 6–10+ years of software engineering, backend architecture, or systems integration experience, with 2+ years operating as a Staff Engineer, Lead Engineer, or Solutions Architect within a fast-paced startup environment.

Startup Track Record & High Agency: Demonstrated experience taking technical projects from 0 to 1 as a major contributor or technical lead in early-to-mid stage startups.

AI-Forward Mindset: Heavy, active reliance on modern AI developer tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Copilot) to multiply engineering throughput and accelerate prototyping.

Mandatory Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in TypeScript, modern database design with PostgreSQL / Supabase, and Monorepo architectures.

API & Prototyping Mastery: Hands-on experience building REST APIs, microservices, secure data pipelines, and rapid proof-of-concept prototypes.

Engineering Leadership: Proven experience managing, mentoring, and driving technical output across direct reports (2–3 execution engineers).

Communication & Polish: Exceptional written and verbal English skills with the executive presence to brief C-suite leaders and guide engineering teams.

Working familiarity with modern cloud environments, serverless architectures, and infrastructure-as-code best practices.
