Requirements
~1 min read- 4+ years of full stack development experience
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript; comfortable across frontend and backend
- Hands-on experience with Webflow — including CMS, custom code, and migrations
- Experience with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, or equivalent services)
- Demonstrated experience building or consuming REST APIs and webhooks
- Familiarity with OpenAI APIs or equivalent LLM tooling
- Experience with CRM or automation platforms (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
- EST or CST timezone overlap (Latin America-based candidates strongly preferred)
- Prior experience in telemedicine, health tech, or a regulated consumer health brand
- Experience migrating from no-code/low-code platforms (Webflow, Embeddables) to custom builds
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance considerations in product development
- Experience building internal dashboards or admin tooling
- Background working directly with a non-technical founder or small leadership team
You are a self-directed engineer who doesn't need a product manager to tell you what to build next. You've worked in early-stage environments before and understand what it means to own a stack rather than contribute to one.
You're comfortable being the only engineer in the room — making architectural decisions, managing competing priorities, and communicating technical tradeoffs to non-technical leadership clearly.
You take pride in clean, scalable work, but you also know when to ship. You're energized by the idea of building something from the ground up rather than inheriting a mature codebase, and you want a front-row seat as the company grows.
