Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and updated records of all interactions within the CRM system.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to increase conversion rates.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for outreach, appointments set, and lead conversions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve outreach strategies and performance results.
  • Ensure a smooth handoff of qualified prospects to the sales team.
