Responsibilities

As a Supply Chain Specialist, you'll join a small team that works closely with manufacturing sites and cross-functional stakeholders to drive improvement projects across our European operations.

Your responsibilities:

→Dive deep into Sonoco's end-to-end supply chain processes
→Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, performance, and costs
→Support and lead strategic improvement projects
→Explore and support the use of digital tools, data analytics, and emerging technologies to improve supply chain performance.
→Drive change management initiatives and support teams through transformation
→Build expertise in Oracle ERP and other key planning systems
→Ensure high-quality and reliable supply chain data across the business

We're looking for someone who's curious, analytical, and excited to solve complex challenges.

You would be a great fit if you:

Hold a master’s degree in engineering, economics, logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field
Recent graduate or early-career professional
Enjoy solving problems and turning data into actionable insights
Have strong analytical and project management skills
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and able to adapt to change
Communicate clearly and collaborate well with different stakeholders
Show initiative and a strong sense of ownership
Speak fluent English
Have experience with ERP systems (a plus, not a requirement)
