Be the reason a team finds its rhythm—and a guest comes back.

You know that person everyone looks to when the line gets long? The one who jumps in, keeps a cool head, and helps the team get it done?

We’re looking for that person.

At Southern Classic Chicken, our mission is simple: “To Bring You Back.” Great chicken gets people through the door. How we serve them brings them back. As a Shift Leader, you help make that happen.

Make the shift yours.

You’ll lead from the floor: getting the team ready, setting clear expectations, and working alongside them through the rush. You’ll help keep orders accurate, food prepared safely, and the restaurant clean. You’ll handle guest concerns, coach team members in the moment, and follow through when something needs attention.

Some shifts will challenge you. Your team will count on you to stay steady, make decisions, and ask for help when you need it.

Sound like you?

You notice what needs to happen and take action.
You can give clear direction while treating people with respect.
You show up on time, ready to work—and expect the same from your team.
You take feedback, learn from mistakes, and own your decisions.
You enjoy the pace of restaurant work and the satisfaction of a shift well run.

Already leading without the title? Tell us about it. We want to hear how you’ve stepped up, helped others, and earned their trust.

Our values—Courage, Heart, Integrity, Grit, and Family—matter in everyday moments: listening to feedback, keeping your word, doing things right, and looking out for the people beside you.

Ready to step up? Apply for our Mansfield Shift Leader position.

Bring your work ethic, your voice, and your pride in a job well done.
