Project Manager

The mission of the Project Manager is to lead, manage, and execute projects within the Professional Services department. The Project Manager acts as a business partner for clients, ensuring the successful implementation of solutions while optimizing business processes. This role involves strategic planning, project execution, and mentoring junior colleagues, ensuring the growth of both the organization and its clients.

• →Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a proactive and strategic approach to project management.
• →Lead end-to-end project implementation, from planning to execution and final delivery.
• →Oversee task delegation and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• →Translate market developments into actionable opportunities for the organization.
• →Ensure adherence to best practices in project management and continuous process improvement.
• →Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting notes, status updates, and functional specifications.
• →Actively contribute to the knowledge-sharing culture within the organization.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, IT, Project Management).
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in project management and consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of Spacewell software and business process optimization methodologies.
• Excellent knowledge of project management frameworks and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring team members.
• Outstanding communication skillset - both verbal and written Dutch French and English.
