Civil Engineering Tech

We are seeking a Civil Tech Engineer / Civil Technician to join a growing and collaborative engineering team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on civil design experience who enjoys working on practical, real-world projects and contributing to a fast-paced environment.

This position offers strong exposure to site development and infrastructure projects, with the opportunity to work closely with experienced engineers and gain continued technical growth.

• →Assist in the design and preparation of civil engineering plans and drawings
• →Support site development projects including grading, drainage, and utility layouts
• →Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D (or similar software) for drafting and design work
• →Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and internal teams to ensure project accuracy and timelines
• →Perform basic calculations and support technical documentation
• →Review plans and assist with revisions based on feedback

• 2+ years of civil engineering or civil technician experience
• Experience with site development, land development, or infrastructure projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and similar design software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Exposure to local codes, permitting, or construction documentation
