  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) & HR Data Management
  • Job Posting Support & Recruiting Administration
  • Pre‑Employment Screening & New‑Hire Documentation Coordination
  • Compliance Awareness & Recordkeeping Accuracy
  • Organization, Time Management & Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • Previous experience in HR coordination, recruiting support, onboarding, or a related HR role preferred.
  • Working knowledge of recruiting and onboarding processes, including scheduling, documentation, and systems support.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, HRIS platforms, and common recruiting tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
