Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships that drive repeat business and continued client satisfaction.

Extensive project management experience, including leadership of large and complex healthcare, higher education, civic, and corporate environment construction projects.

Proven track record of leading project teams and delivering strong financial performance across multiple phases and/or concurrent projects.

Comprehensive knowledge of General Construction and Design Build Contracts, means and methods, scheduling, cost control, and risk management.

Demonstrated ability to lead preconstruction efforts, influence design and budgeting decisions, and deliver value-driven outcomes for owners.

Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to interpret and act on budgets, forecasts, and key performance metrics.

Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines.
