Delivery Driver

• →Load truck accurately and safely for deliveries.
• →Unload truck as needed at customer and/or Branch locations.
• →Drive company vehicle to make customer deliveries and stock pick-ups, obeying traffic laws and safety procedures. Maintain appropriate licensing and acceptable driving record.
• →Responsible for the appearance and serviceability of the Company Truck/s. Complete Vehicle Inspection Reports.
• →Complies with all safety policies and procedures.
• →Conduct self in a professional and ethical manner at all times. Treat external and internal customers and associates with courtesy and respect.
• →Fill customer orders by retrieving material from warehouse and other locations.
• →Assist in maintaining appearance of branch as needed. Clean warehouse and company truck/s as needed.
• →Report all back orders and discrepancies.
• →Assist in performance of quarterly physical inventories for various branch locations.
• →Pick Up, Check In, and Inventory all supplies and freight for all services provided; ensuring all product is clean and undamaged and put away properly.
• →Files claims for all damaged product and supplies.
• →Ensures all unused or damaged product and supplies are returned or taken care according to Speedy Glass policy.
• →All other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager and/or Office Supervisor.

• High School or equivalent (GED)
• Excellent communication skills
• Superior customer relation skills
• Organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
• Knowledge of market area
• Ability to lift 75lbs periodically, 35lbs routinely and occasionally lifting/holding above one’s head and from elevated job sites
• Possess a valid driver's license without any restrictions
