The Senior Program Manager, Workplace Teams leads program management for a dedicated customer onsite program, driving cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder alignment, and progress against customer commitments. This role requires strong operational judgment, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to create structure and momentum across multiple teams. This is a full-time, remote role reporting to the Senior Manager, Clinical Operations & Strategy. Travel is required and is expected to be up to 20-30%.
Responsibilities

- →Serve as the primary operational lead, ensuring progress against commitments, milestones, and service expectations
- →Drive clarity on priorities, owners, decision points, and next steps across workstreams
- →Maintain visibility into program progress, risks, and dependencies, and escalate issues as needed
- →Collaborate across Customer Success, Clinical Operations, Analytics, Marketing, Product, and other partners to support strong program management
- →Align stakeholders on timelines, dependencies, handoffs, and readiness needs
- →Review and integrate cross-functional inputs to ensure plans and materials reflect customer context and priorities
- →Serve as a trusted operational partner to customer contacts and support customer readiness, change management, and adoption
- →Partner on customer-facing reporting and business reviews, ensuring materials are accurate, actionable, and aligned to commitments
- →Build and improve program management processes, tools, and operating rhythms to strengthen visibility, accountability, and execution
- Onsite program priorities are managed with clear plans, ownership, and follow-through
- Cross-functional partners are aligned on roles, timelines, dependencies, and next steps
- Risks and issues are surfaced early and addressed with clear mitigation plans
- Internal and customer stakeholders experience the onsite program as organized, responsive, and well managed
- Program management processes improve visibility, accountability, and consistency without creating unnecessary overhead
- 4+ years of experience in program management, operations, customer-facing delivery, or similar cross-functional roles
- Strong experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder work in ambiguous environments
- Proven ability to drive outcomes through influence rather than direct authority
- Strong operational judgment and ability to balance customer needs, internal constraints, and competing priorities
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to synthesize cross-functional inputs into clear plans, priorities, and next steps
- Track record of identifying risks early and driving practical solutions
- Experience improving processes or operating models to support stronger execution
The target base salary range for this position is $97,000 - $113,500, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including equity and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
