Maintenance Technician

We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• →Troubleshoot and repair production equipment with minimal supervision
• →Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems
• →Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
• →Complete basic welding and fabrication repairs
• →Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
• →Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime
• →Assist with equipment upgrades and continuous improvement projects
• →Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and proper PPE requirements
• →Document completed maintenance work
• →Train and support new team members as needed
• →Perform other duties as assigned

• Industrial maintenance experience preferred
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Basic welding and fabrication experience
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong attention to safety and quality
