We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer whol will be a technical pillar and a subject matter expert in low/medium power electronics, analog electronics, and digital electronics. Beyond technical execution, this role involves shaping the hardware architecture, driving complex technical decisions, ensuring design for manufacturability (DFM), and mentoring mid-level and junior engineers. This is an exciting opportunity for an engineer who wants to take ownership of complex, high-impact projects from concept to mass production
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Leading the end-to-end development of complex digital, analog, and mixed-signal devices
- →Architecting system-level hardware solutions and selecting key components based on cost, performance, and availability
- →Designing multi-layer PCBs with a strong focus on Signal Integrity (SI), Power Integrity (PI), and EMC/EMI compliance
- →Carrying out advanced measurements, debugging complex hardware issues, and analyzing results using high-end lab equipment
- →Developing Design for Testing (DFT) and Design for Manufacturability (DFM) guidelines for new products
- →Conducting schematic and PCB layout reviews for the team
- →Mentoring junior engineers and sharing best practices in hardware development.
Requirements
~1 min read- BS degree or higher in Electronics or related field
- 5+ years of experience designing products in the consumer electronics space
- Practical knowledge of analog / digital circuit design principles, component selection and cost-schedule optimization strategies
- Deep understanding of electrical engineering standards and specifications
- Experience in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions
- Working knowledge of designing mixed-signal hardware schematics and layout using CAD tools
- Experience with high-speed digital electronics design
- Experience working with power harvesting, low power electronics, and battery powered electronics
- Experience solving thermal design challenges and outdoor, weatherproof product design
- Design and troubleshooting skills for power electronics
- Understanding product tradeoffs in the context of user experience
- Good written and spoken English
Nice to Have
~1 min read- DSP (Digital Signal Processing) or FPGA experience (Verilog/VHDL)
- Experience with Python or LabVIEW for test automation
- Familiarity with RF design basics or wireless communication modules (BLE, Wi-Fi, LoRa)
- Knowledge of thermal management in electronics.
