Electrical Engineer

The team develops cutting-edge methods and circuit solutions for reducing the energy consumption of battery-powered devices. We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer whol will be a technical pillar and a subject matter expert in low/medium power electronics, analog electronics, and digital electronics. Beyond technical execution, this role involves shaping the hardware architecture, driving complex technical decisions, ensuring design for manufacturability (DFM), and mentoring mid-level and junior engineers. • →Leading the end-to-end development of complex digital, analog, and mixed-signal devices
• →Architecting system-level hardware solutions and selecting key components based on cost, performance, and availability
• →Designing multi-layer PCBs with a strong focus on Signal Integrity (SI), Power Integrity (PI), and EMC/EMI compliance
• →Carrying out advanced measurements, debugging complex hardware issues, and analyzing results using high-end lab equipment
• →Developing Design for Testing (DFT) and Design for Manufacturability (DFM) guidelines for new products
• →Conducting schematic and PCB layout reviews for the team
• →Mentoring junior engineers and sharing best practices in hardware development.

• BS degree or higher in Electronics or related field
• 5+ years of experience designing products in the consumer electronics space
• Practical knowledge of analog / digital circuit design principles, component selection and cost-schedule optimization strategies
• Deep understanding of electrical engineering standards and specifications
• Experience in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions
• Working knowledge of designing mixed-signal hardware schematics and layout using CAD tools
• Experience with high-speed digital electronics design
• Experience working with power harvesting, low power electronics, and battery powered electronics
• Experience solving thermal design challenges and outdoor, weatherproof product design
• Design and troubleshooting skills for power electronics
• Understanding product tradeoffs in the context of user experience
• Good written and spoken English

• DSP (Digital Signal Processing) or FPGA experience (Verilog/VHDL)
• Experience with Python or LabVIEW for test automation
• Familiarity with RF design basics or wireless communication modules (BLE, Wi-Fi, LoRa)
• Knowledge of thermal management in electronics.
