The operator of a Cogen Plant is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the plant's systems, including gas turbines, boilers, and generators. Key responsibilities include:

Monitoring and controlling the operation of the Cogen Plant's systems to ensure efficiency and safety.
Performing routine inspections and maintenance tasks to prevent malfunctions and ensure optimal performance.
Maintaining logs of operations, maintenance, and safety activities to track performance and identify potential issues.
Assisting in scheduling outages and work planning, as well as procurement and inventory management.
Collaborating with management to identify and justify modifications to improve reliability, production, efficiency, and availability.
Complying with all company and facility environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures.
Identifying hazards and unsafe conditions, notifying supervisors, and taking action to correct as required.
This role requires a high level of technical skill and knowledge of power plant operations, as well as the ability to work under pressure and maintain a high standard of guest service
