AI Full Stack Developer

About the Role

We are looking for an AI Full Stack Developer with 3–5 years of experience building AI-powered applications and scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, Golang, Generative AI technologies, and software architecture, along with experience working directly with clients and leading project delivery.

This role requires someone who can gather requirements, design solutions, manage stakeholders, coordinate with development teams, and take ownership of projects from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable backend applications using Python (FastAPI) and Golang.
- Build and integrate AI-powered solutions using LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI Agents, Tool Calling, and Vector       Databases.
- Develop and maintain REST APIs and microservices.
- Work with PostgreSQL and other data storage solutions.
- Gather requirements from clients and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Conduct client discussions, requirement analysis, solution reviews, and technical demonstrations.
- Coordinate with developers and drive project execution.
- Review code, ensure engineering best practices, and maintain high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to ensure successful delivery.


Required Skills

- 3–5 years of software development experience.
- Strong experience with Python (FastAPI) and Golang.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI Agents, Tool Calling, and Vector Databases.
- Experience with OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, or similar AI platforms.
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and API development.
- Experience with system design and scalable application architecture.
- Excellent requirement gathering, client communication, stakeholder management, and team coordination skills.
- Experience leading projects and coordinating development teams.
- Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset.

Preferred Skills

- TypeScript development experience.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, or similar AI frameworks.
- Knowledge in AWS cloud platforms
- Experience with AI-assisted development workflows.


Nice to Have

- Experience with React JS and Next.js.
- Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Experience with Kubernetes and microservices architecture.
- Experience working in startup environments.
