Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Manage month-end close, general ledger, and financial reporting
- →Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- →Perform job costing, WIP reporting, and AIA billing
- →Maintain internal controls and accounting procedures
- →Collaborate with project managers and senior leadership on financial strategy
- →Coordinate external audits, tax filings, and insurance requirements
- →Supervise accounting staff and ensure accurate payroll and benefits reporting
Requirements
~1 min read● Strong background in construction accounting
● Advanced proficiency with Sage 300 (Timberline) and related ERP tools
● CPA preferred but not required
● Knowledge of GAAP and construction industry compliance standards
● Excellent communication and cross-department collaboration skills
