Controller – Alpharetta, GA (100M Company)

A growing $100M organization is seeking a hands-on Controller to lead accounting operations, develop a strong team, and bring structure to a scaling environment.

This role owns the accounting function end-to-end—ensuring timely and accurate financials, while mentoring and developing a high-performing team. This is a true roll-up-your-sleeves leadership role.

Alpharetta, GA (flexibility depending on candidate)

• →Lead all accounting operations including month-end close, financial reporting, and analysis
• →Ensure timely, accurate financial statements in compliance with GAAP
• →Supervise, train, mentor, and develop the accounting team
• →Drive process improvements and scalable accounting workflows
• →Own and optimize Sage Intacct ERP
• →Establish and maintain strong internal controls
• →Partner with leadership to support business decision-making

• Proven Controller or strong Accounting Manager ready to step up
• Experience in a $50M–$200M company environment
• Hands-on experience with Sage Intacct
• Strong leadership and team development mindset
• Ability to operate both strategically and tactically
• Deep understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
