• →Source, recruit and hire professionals across a wide range of roles
• →Develop excellent relationships with hiring managers, candidates & cross-functional partners in order to create a best in class hiring experience for candidates and internal customers
• →Create comprehensive recruitment strategies and leverage internal resources in order to hire the best talent in the market
• →Manage the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance
• →Drive and execute recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates
• →Pro-actively network, cold-call, and “deep dive” into passive candidate networks throughout various markets

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years agency and/or in-house recruiting experience
• Proven track record sourcing and hiring passive candidates from direct competitors
• Ability to deliver on deadlines and flawlessly execute in very fast-paced environment
• Experience partnering and influencing senior hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle
• Ability to articulate the company's value proposition and story to candidates
• Expertise in direct passive sourcing and ability to cold-call and build relationships by phone and in-person
