We are looking for a Campaign Delivery Manager to join our Communications team in Sydney.

The Communications team helps every customer interaction feel clear, timely and considered. From product launches and lifecycle campaigns to operational updates and moments that matter most, we make sure customers hear the right message, at the right time, through the right channel.

As our Campaign Delivery Manager, you'll own the operational engine behind those communications. You'll partner with Brand, Product Marketing, Growth, Product and Engineering to bring campaigns to life with speed and precision. You'll turn strategy into exceptional execution, balancing attention to detail with a relentless focus on customer experience.

This is a role for someone who loves bringing order to complexity. You'll continuously improve how campaigns are delivered, raise the quality bar across every customer touchpoint and help build a communications function that scales with Stake. We work hybrid spending 3 days in our beautiful, dog-friendly Sydney office.

• Built a campaign delivery engine that consistently delivers high-quality customer communications across every channel.
• Become a trusted partner to Brand, Product Marketing and Growth, helping ideas move quickly from strategy to execution.
• Raised the quality and consistency of every customer communication through thoughtful planning, testing and quality assurance.
• Improved how campaigns are built, documented and delivered by introducing scalable processes that enable the team to move faster.
• Developed clear reporting and measurement frameworks that turn campaign performance into actionable insights.
• Helped customers receive more relevant, timely and engaging communications through continuous optimisation and experimentation.
• Become the go-to expert for Stake's communications platforms, helping the business unlock more value from its marketing technology.
• Built strong cross-functional relationships that make campaign delivery feel seamless, even as Stake continues to grow.

• You're highly organised and enjoy bringing structure, clarity and momentum to complex projects.
• You have experience delivering multi-channel campaigns and know that operational excellence is what makes great customer experiences possible.
• You have exceptional attention to detail and naturally spot issues before customers ever see them.
• You're comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and keeping projects moving in a fast-paced environment.
• You enjoy improving systems and processes, always looking for smarter ways to deliver better outcomes.
• You communicate clearly, collaborate easily and take ownership from planning through to delivery.

• Worked with Braze, Contentstack or modern customer engagement platforms.
• Delivered communications across email, push, in-app messaging, web and social.
• Supported incident communications or time-critical customer updates.
• Worked in a fast-growing technology, fintech or consumer business where quality and speed matter equally.
