Graduate Civil Engineer (UAE National)

Stantec is currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic UAE National Civil Engineer to join our team on a water infrastructure project. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to begin their careers in a dynamic and impactful field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the inspection and supervision of civil works related to water infrastructure projects.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Support senior engineers in reviewing technical drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
- Conduct site visits and prepare daily inspection reports.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality execution of works.
- Learn and apply relevant codes and standards related to water and civil engineering.

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- UAE National (Emirati) – mandatory.
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of internship/training experience.
- Strong interest in water infrastructure and public utility projects.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with engineering software (AutoCAD, MS Office, etc.) is a plus.
