Technical Operations Specialist

About the job

We are looking for a proactive and solution-oriented Technical Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our internal systems, user access management, cybersecurity and incident coordination. You will help ensure that our colleagues have the tools, access, and technical support they need to work efficiently while continuously improving processes, security, and operational excellence across the company.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with ownership, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Location: Tallinn or Tartu

What you will do

• Ownership and proactive administration and optimization of business-critical platforms and technical systems, including identity and access management (e.g. Google Workspace, Atlassian, Slack)
• Lead incident coordination, troubleshoot operational issues, and drive continuous service improvements
• Manage, implement and enhance cybersecurity processes
• Automate repetitive processes and implement solutions that improve efficiency and scalability, including AI tools
• Prepare documentation and continuously follow and improve operational processes
• Act as a go-to technical expert, supporting employees and partnering with other teams and external partners
• Support teams with tooling, workflows and operational processes
  

What we are looking for

• 3+ years of experience in Technical Operations, IT Operations, Systems Administration, or a similar role
• Hands-on experience administering business applications and platforms
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience with incident management and operational support
• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices
• Strong sense of ownership, proactiveness and accountability
• Excellent organizational skills with systems and process-oriented thinking
• Strong collaboration skills and a friendly communication style
• You find satisfaction in keeping systems and processes running smoothly
