• →Provide overall leadership for ERP/SIS projects
• →Track and report on project budget
• →Establish a project plan that is suitable for the size and scope of each assigned project
• →Schedule and manage SIG resources assigned to projects; collaborate with the Resource Manager
• →Work with the client to ensure appropriate client resources are assigned to the project; manage all implementation teams
• →Provide advisory services to support change management for the organization
• →Track project progress and provide regular status reports to project sponsors and other executives as appropriate
• →Escalate project issues and identify potential setbacks on time
• →Work with the client to develop a risk management plan

• Five+ years of project management experience within Higher Education is a must
• Experience with SaaS implementation is a must-have
• Experience managing the development and implementation of software enhancements, maintenance programs, and new releases of these products
• Exceptional written, oral communication, and critical thinking skills
• Experience in effectively communicating and reporting at the executive level
• Experience using project management tools such as Smartsheet to plan and track large, complex projects
• Ability to organize and lead multiple projects for more than one client simultaneously
• Proven experience serving as a project lead and motivating teams to action
• Experience with Ellucian Banner, Colleague, or other ERP and Student Information Systems
• Ability to travel to client campuses on occasion (up to 25%)

• Previous Consulting experience is preferred
• Ideal candidates will hold a PMP certification
