Operations Supervisor - Distribution

This role is a hybrid Operations Supervisor / Inventory Supervisor position supporting a small distribution site. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing and assisting with a variety of operational functions, including Inbound and Outbound operations, International Invoicing, Cycle Count management, and Loading/Unloading activities. Due to the site's size and operational structure, this position requires a hands-on leadership approach and the ability to effectively support multiple business functions.

This is a second-shift position (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM). The successful candidate must be flexible and available to provide on-call support during evenings, weekends, and other business-critical situations as needed.

Candidates must maintain reliable transportation and be capable of traveling to and from the facility on short notice, including outside of regularly scheduled work hours when operational support is required.
