Regional Engineering Manager

This role will require 50-75% travel in the year.

To oversee and manage the delivery of consistent operational processes and results for a 10 – 15 sites across the US. Provides engineering expertise, and related functions to site based Engineers. Leads scope definition, design, budgeting, scheduling, line layouts, purchasing, cost estimating and control, implementation, system integration, documentation, report writing, start-up, and training. Provides leadership and direction to lower level engineering staff. Regional Engineering managers would be progressing the Sector engineering & innovation strategy and ensure consistency across the BU.

• →BS degree in an engineering field, with particular emphasis on Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Facilities, and/or Maintenance Engineering, required
• →7+ years of experience in engineering, with particular emphasis on complex distribution center implementation projects or engineering management, required
• →Three to five years of project management experience in a Distribution/Fulfillment and/or engineering environment, required
