• Bachelor’s degree, required
• Master’s degree in logistics, operations management, industrial engineering, preferred
• Minimum of 5 years experience in supply chain and specified industry (per sector assignment), required
• Ability to research and design services that are innovative, cost effective, and operationally efficient and meet the business requirements, required
• Skills in sales enablement. Designing, creating, and implementing sales material, required
• Skills in preparing business plans, supply chain systems designs, costing models, and presentation materials, required
• Understanding of the industry appropriate to the assigned sector, information technology offerings, and partner channels, required
• Innovative problem-solver who can quickly understand the business challenge and provide a comprehensive integrated solution, required
• Familiarity and comfort with supply chain tools and supporting capabilities, required
• Self starter that can multi-task and prioritize workload, required
• A team player with the ability to work on multi-functional teams, required
• Detail oriented for planning and coordinating, required
• Comfortable with challenging the status quo, required
• An “out of the box” thinker, required
• Ability to work away from home for periods of time, required
• Good customer service and relationship management, required
• Overall understanding of Supply Chain concepts and experience in at least one logistics element, required
