Die-Cast Maintenance Technician

Work Site: Fredericktown, OH
Shifts: 2nd & 3rd shifts available

We are seeking hands-on Die-Cast Maintenance Associates to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair die-cast equipment to keep production running safely and efficiently. This role focuses on preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, die rebuilding, and minimizing production downtime.

• →Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair die-cast machinery and related equipment.
• →Perform preventive maintenance and respond to equipment breakdowns and unplanned downtime.
• →Identify and implement equipment improvements to increase uptime and production efficiency.
• →Rebuild dies, machine components, and related equipment as needed.
• →Perform planned and emergency crucible replacements.
• →Support daily die-cast maintenance and production operations.
• →Follow all safety procedures and maintenance standards.

• Mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with die-cast equipment, die maintenance, or industrial machinery is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform equipment repairs safely and efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
