Electrical Maintenance Technician

We are seeking experienced Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technicians to join a manufacturing team supporting the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of production equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both electrical and mechanical maintenance, with experience troubleshooting industrial equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and minimizing equipment downtime. Experience with robotics and automated manufacturing equipment is a plus.

• →Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment and production machinery
• →Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maintain equipment reliability
• →Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
• →Troubleshoot motors, sensors, controls, conveyors, and other industrial equipment
• →Assist with troubleshooting and maintaining automated and robotic equipment
• →Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment documentation
• →Use electrical testing equipment and hand/power tools to diagnose and repair equipment
• →Respond to equipment breakdowns and production downtime in a timely manner
• →Identify recurring equipment issues and recommend corrective actions
• →Complete maintenance documentation and work orders
• →Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
• →Work closely with production and other maintenance team members to keep equipment operating efficiently
• →Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives
• →Help train and mentor less-experienced maintenance employees and apprentices

• Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting and maintaining 480-volt electrical systems is required.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience performing preventive maintenance on industrial equipment
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
• Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics preferred
• PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus
• Robotics or automated equipment experience is a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to work the assigned shift and overtime/weekends as required
