Laser Operator

Location: Anderson, SC
Pay: $19–$26 per hour, depending on experience
Shift: 1st Shift

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented CNC Laser Operator to join a manufacturing team in Anderson, SC. This position is responsible for operating laser cutting equipment to produce accurate, high-quality metal parts according to production specifications.

The ideal candidate has experience operating CNC laser machinery, working with sheet metal, and interpreting blueprints or technical drawings. Candidates with a strong manufacturing background and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

• →Set up and operate CNC laser cutting equipment to produce sheet metal components.
• →Load materials and monitor machine operations throughout production runs.
• →Review blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to ensure parts meet specifications.
• →Verify cut dimensions and inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy.
• →Make basic machine adjustments as needed to maintain production quality.
• →Identify equipment issues, cutting defects, or material discrepancies and report them appropriately.
• →Follow production schedules and maintain consistent workflow.
• →Keep the machine and work area clean, organized, and safe.
• →Follow established safety procedures when handling sheet metal and operating machinery.
• →Work with production team members to meet quality and output goals.

• Previous experience operating CNC laser cutting equipment preferred.
• Experience in metal fabrication, sheet metal manufacturing, or CNC machine operation is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings preferred.
• Basic understanding of measurements, dimensions, and quality inspection.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate parts.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot basic machine issues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to learn new processes
