Maintenance Technician

• →Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and production equipment.
• →Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using testing equipment, including voltmeters.
• →Repair or replace defective machine components and parts.
• →Disassemble and reassemble machinery, engines, and mechanical equipment.
• →Clean, inspect, and maintain equipment components, including pistons, valves, and pumps.
• →Perform routine equipment inspections to identify potential problems and prevent downtime.
• →Test machinery after repairs to ensure proper operation.
• →Follow maintenance work orders, instructions, and scheduled preventative maintenance.
• →Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• →Report equipment issues and safety hazards to supervisors.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous maintenance or mechanical experience preferred.
• Experience using hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Basic to strong electrical knowledge preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
• Reliable with a strong sense of urgency and willingness to learn.

• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
• Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods.
• Comfortable performing hands-on mechanical work.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) throughout the shift.

• Follow all company safety procedures and policies.
• Properly select, wear, and maintain required PPE.
• Report workplace hazards to supervisors.
• Participate in monthly safety and shop meetings.
