About the Role

As the Premium Operations Coordinator, you are responsible for reviewing and processing new business and/or in-force incoming funds received daily. In addition to completing multiple individual and group task assignments across multiple divisions, you will reconcile what you have processed every single day, including problem solving to resolving any discrepancies. This role supports multiple work types and service-level expectations, with ongoing opportunities to cross-train and expand your knowledge across Premium Operations.
Responsibilities

- →Allocate remittance back up to accurately create entries into the appropriate systems
- →Reconcile daily transactions and resolve discrepancies
- →Contribute to the maintenance of accurate records
- →Assist with administrative assignments and projects as business needs change
- →Provide backup support across multiple operations tasks
- →Adhere to service level agreements

As a remote-first organization committed to providing a positive experience for both employees and customers, Symetra has the following standards for employees' internet connection:
- Minimum Internet Speed:100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload, in alignment with the FCC's definition of "broadband."
- Internet Type: Fiber, Cable (e.g., Comcast/Xfinity, Spectrum), or DSL.
- NOT Permissible: Satellite (e.g., Starlink), cellular/mobile internet (including hotspots and home wireless services such as Verizon 5G Home, T-Mobile 5G Home Internet, and AT&T Internet Air), any other wireless technology, or wired dial-up.
Test your internet speed and confirm your internet connection meets both Symetra’s minimum speed and internet type requirements outlined above. You must meet the requirement to apply.
