IT Field Technician

IT Field Technician - Wendy-s | HAZA Foods

• Minimum of 2 years of technical support/help desk support experience required
• Excellent written and oral customer service skills with a demonstrated customer-focused, service-first approach required
• Experience working in the Restaurant industry and/or experience providing POS (Point-of Sale) technical support for restaurants. Familiarity with Aloha POS is highly desirable.
• Must be technically savvy with a strong overall technical aptitude and superior customer service skills
• Strong skills and proficiency level in troubleshooting, support, analysis and resolution
• Experience supporting external end-users with software, hardware and networking related issues
• Working knowledge of networking topologies and various computer operating systems
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs

• Able and willing to work various shifts/schedules including nights, weekends and holidays on an on-call basis
• Willing to undergo a background check in accordance with local laws and regulations
• Access to private transportation and valid driver’s license in good standing
• This role requires significant travel, approximately 80% of the time. Candidates should be comfortable with frequent travel to various locations across United States (including TX, LA, MN, OH, NY)
