We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic for a manufacturing plant. This is a technical role for someone who knows how to troubleshoot and repair machinery, beyond performing basic maintenance.

Responsibilities

→Troubleshoot equipment failures, determine root causes, and perform necessary repairs.
→Replace wear parts on machinery, such as shear blades.
→Install and level new machinery, including cranes.
→Maintain forklifts and company vehicles.
→Service and repair shop air compressors.

Requirements

Degree in Industrial Mechanics or 5 years of maintenance experience.
Must have your own tools (demonstrating expertise beyond basic oil changes).
English proficiency (required for a manufacturing environment).
Stable work history: 2 to 3 years with the same employer.
Must pass a background check and drug screen.

Travel & Transportation: You will arrive at Columbus Airport (CMH), Ohio, where the client will pick you up.
Housing: Provided by the client for $1,100 per month plus utilities (payroll deducted).
