iOS Engineer - Bykea Technologies

Our client Bykea Technologies is looking for iOS Engineer in Karachi.
Job Description:
We are looking for an iOS developer, preferably with experience in Swift. Responsibilities will include building and maintaining core features in our iOS application. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application. Therefore, a basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain core services and features in our iOS app
  
• Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
  
• Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
  
• Implementation of security and data protection
  
• Implementation and maintenance of synchronous and asynchronous microservices
  
• Integration with existing and more core systems
  

Skills And Qualifications

• 3+ years in Swift development
  
• Must have strong concept of Object Oriented Programming
  
• Must be aware of version control systems.
  
• Experience working with Maps (google maps, mapbox etc)
  
• Experience working with REST APIs
  
• Proven experience creating multiple apps and multiple types of apps
  
• Passion for learning new technologies – required
  
• Experience using Agile methodologies a bonus
  
• Must be able to demonstrate a portfolio of iOS applications you have developed and launched on App Store
  
• Strong experience in native iOS development
